Our History

Hello, I'm Elizabeth, and I'm dedicated to supporting individuals and families as they navigate life's challenges. My journey in psychotherapy began with a BA Hons in English Literature at Queen Mary & Westfield University, where I developed a profound appreciation for the complexities of the human experience. This foundation inspired me to pursue an MSc in Social Work at Brunel, where I discovered the value of integrating interdisciplinary approaches to address the psychosocial dimensions of human adversities.

My deep appreciation for the performing arts, recognised by a Dame Judi Dench award from Mountview Theatre Academy, inspired me to further my studies with an MA in Performative Arts from Mountview and the University of East Anglia. This unique background allows me to bring much creativity and empathy into my therapeutic practice.

Specialising in Systemic and Family Psychotherapy, I completed an MSc at the University of East Anglia. This training has equipped me with the skills to address complex family dynamics and individual concerns within a relational context.

To ensure I can provide the best support to my clients, I have also earned a Post Graduate award in Supervision at the Institute of Family Therapy. This ongoing commitment to professional development is at the heart of my practice.

I believe that therapy should be a collaborative and compassionate process.

My goal is to create a safe, nurturing & neuro-affirming environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without fear of unhelpful responses.

If you have any questions about how I can support you, please don't hesitate to reach out. I'm here to listen and help you on your journey towards improved relationships and better mental health.
